erve as a marketing representative by promoting Company products and support customer enquiries. Monday - Friday (8-5)
Responsibilities include
- Attending conferences and trade shows as needed (Occasional travel)
- Responding to routine customer inquiries, providing quotes, and taking customer orders
- Ordering and sourcing products
- Negotiating sale and purchase prices
- Expediting backorders
- Assisting with pulling inventory and preparing shipments
- Interacting with customers and suppliers to obtain and fill orders correctly
- Troubleshooting customer concerns
Qualifications
- Good customer service and communication skills required
- Reliable, organized, detailed, and focused Industry and sales experienced preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel
- Associates degree or bachelor's degree in communication, business or related field preferred
- 2+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- New graduates with limited work experience are also encouraged to apply
- Bilingual skills desired but not required
