Shifts: 12 Hour Shifts

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: USD $78,000 to $145,000
  • $10,000 Hiring Bonus and relocation for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment.

Responsibilities: As an Oncology Nurse, you will:

  • Employ Nursing Professional Practice: Assess, identify appropriate nursing diagnoses, plan, implement, and evaluate patients’ care. Develop and coordinate the patient’s plan of care to optimize outcomes and transitions across the care continuum.
  • Advocate: Effectively advocate for ethical and holistic care by promoting autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs of those we serve.
  • Facilitate Learning: Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing, and other healthcare team members.
  • Align Practice with Safety and Quality: Be accountable for safety, identify and correct problems, and integrate evidence and best practices into nursing care.
  • Engage in Professional Development: Practice to the top of your license within legal parameters, promote a culture of inquiry, and engage in ongoing professional development.
  • Lead in the Practice Setting & Community: Lead and coordinate teams, delegate appropriately, coordinate care, and collaborate with others as equal members of the inter-professional care team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
  • 1 year of nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Certification in the area of specialty upon hire.
