The firm has been dedicated to private markets investing for more than two decades and currently has 250 employees operating in offices around the world.
 
We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate and smart representatives for 24/7/365 extraordinary B2C support for their customers and partners in the US.
Typical western style customer service, should be well versed in English as the first language, as well as excellent written English communication skills to convey clear, concise messages.
Must be computer literate, and a good typist, with ability to multi task.
Knowledge of CRM systems an advantage
Customer Service/Call Center experience an advantage
Will provide training specific to company products.
The market to be addressed is the USA, therefore there are 2 shifts 2-10 pm and 10pm -5 am

Position based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Generous base salary and bonuses.
